Lighting installation in Dubai
Overview
Good lighting changes how a room feels and how well it works. A pendant hung at the wrong height, a spotlight layout that leaves dark corners or a dimmer that makes LEDs flicker can spoil an otherwise well-finished space.
We install new fittings and replace old ones, from a single pendant over a dining table to a full set of spotlights in a gypsum ceiling. Before fitting, we check the ceiling type, the fixing point and whether the existing circuit and switches suit the new lights.
If you have already bought your fittings, send us a photo or product link and we will confirm what is needed before the visit.
Common problems
Most often the dimmer is not designed for LED loads, or the fitting is not dimmable. Replacing the dimmer with a compatible one usually solves it.
Gypsum alone cannot hold a heavy chandelier. The fitting needs to be fixed to the structure above or to proper support, which we check before installing.
Repeated failures can point to a poor driver, overheating in an enclosed ceiling, or a loose connection. We look at the cause rather than just replacing the bulb.
Usually a layout or colour-temperature issue. Adding a second layer of light or changing to warm white often makes a bigger difference than brighter bulbs.
How we work
Lighting is something you see every day. A fitting that hangs crooked, a spotlight ring that sits proud of the ceiling or a dimmer that buzzes is noticed every evening. Careful setting-out and secure fixing are what make lighting look like it belongs in the room.
We confirm the fittings, quantities and positions with you before starting.
The ceiling and fixing points are checked, and the circuit is isolated before any connection is made.
Fittings are installed level, secured properly and connected neatly.
Every light and switch is tested with you, and packaging and dust are cleared away.
