Home maintenance is about dealing with that list properly. We look at what needs doing, agree the scope with you, and work through it carefully, protecting floors and furniture, and cleaning up afterwards.

Yes. We can coordinate access and keep you updated with photos of the work, which is useful when you cannot be at the property yourself.
Do I need to buy the materials?
It depends on the job. Some customers prefer to choose items like fittings or fixtures themselves. Otherwise we can advise on what is needed. This is agreed before any work starts.
